PLANTEEN PRODUKTIONS UND VERTRIEBS GMBH is an Austrian start-up based in Southern Styria and founded by hobby gardeners, fathers and businessmen, Werner Kölbl and Gerd Trattner. They believe that anyone who sees their children playing in the garden would want to harvest healthy and natural fruit himself – and quickly begins to look for eco-friendly ways to protect plants from pests and diseases.

Plant fortifiers are essential, especially in a natural garden. They strengthen plants and increase their resistance to diseases and pests.

After countless experiments and an even longer search, the pair made a chance discovery of a by-product from the fashion industry, paving the way for their development of PLaNTEEN® – Natural Plant Fortifier.

Tested in allotment gardens and in collaboration with large nurseries, PLaNTEEN® has already achieved excellent results in ornamental plant and fruit cultivation
